Exchanges  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 please contact me if you have any problems with your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Order Confirmation As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped right away. Taxes All prices on the site are inclusive of duties and taxes, and you will incur no additional charges when you receive your item for customs clearance.

Address Changes Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you are requesting for a chnage in shipping address.
