Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at  info@rwarestore.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped right away.


Taxes
All prices on the site are inclusive of duties and taxes, and you will incur no additional charges when you receive your item for customs clearance.

 

Address Changes
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you are requesting for a chnage in shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please wait up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
